2. Services and Orders

OasisBloom provides curated floral arrangements and flower delivery services in Singapore. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to substitute specific blooms based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall aesthetic and value of the arrangement.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT. Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. While we strive for punctuality, OasisBloom is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions or incorrect address details. If a recipient is unavailable, the flowers may be left with a concierge or at the doorstep if deemed safe.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Once an arrangement has been crafted or dispatched, we cannot offer a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your blooms, please contact us at [email protected] within 4 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including floral designs, photography, logos, and text, is the property of OasisBloom and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our unique desert-themed floral designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

OasisBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
